Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Riverside Honda Below you will find information regarding our shipping policies and other general information:

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing (on top of estimated shipping times). Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm MST (excluding statutory holidays).
  • In certain situations, we may not have your item in stock and will need to order it. This may add an additional 3-7 business days to our standard order processing time, and we will contact you should this be the case.
  • We only ship within Canada. Unfortunately no further international options are available at this time.
  • Certain items are unavailable for shipment at all and can only be picked up at our St. Albert location. These are generally overweight or bulk items. If an item cannot be shipped, (While you may be able to complete an order) we will cancel it and refund you if we are unable to ship.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then track your shipment online at via the Canada Post or Loomis Express websites.
  • With our standard shipping services, you can expect to see your parcel within 2-14 business days (depending on where you are located). Please keep in mind, these shipping times are not guaranteed.
  • You may also have expedited shipping options available to you during checkout (these are calculated based on where you are located as well as product specifications).
  • Will ship your order complete unless specified otherwise from the customer. What this means is if one or more items ordered is back-ordered or is a special order item Riverside Honda will wait till all items are in stock before shipping your order to you.
  • If you would prefer your items to be shipped as they come available, you will incur extra shipping charges, per each shipment.
  • Due to the uniqueness of some items we will not stock them, but be Special Order Only , and we will contact you should this be the case.
  • Canada Post Office are the only one that can deliver to PO boxes.
  • To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. You will have the ability to select your courier of choice during the checkout process.
  • Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to you, a signature may be required to finalize the delivery.
  • Certain rural areas as well as large bulky items may incur additional shipping fees, and we will contact you should this be the case
